Once your order is processed, click on the "Return To ResumeTouch" button, and you will be taken to the details page to either complete a questionnaire or submit an existing resume. (You will also receive an email containing a link to the details page. Be sure to check your filtered mailbox!) Once your details are received, your order will be assigned to a professional resume writer, who will send you a welcome email. You may correspond directly with him or her at that point.
How long will it take to receive my new resume?
You will receive the initial draft within 2-3 business days of our receipt of your payment and completed questionnaire and/or existing resume. After reviewing the initial draft, simply respond to approve or inform us of any needed revisions.
Once I have approved the final proof, what happens next?
We will send you your resume in two file formats—MS Word (.doc), and PDF (you will need the free Adobe Reader to access the PDF file).
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Be assured that ResumeTouch will never share your information with outside companies.
What if I lose or misplace my resume and/or cover letter?
Your documents will be stored in our database. Simply contact us to re-send the files—free of charge!
Can I request my resume to be updated?
Yes. Within 30 days from the completion of your approved resume, ResumeTouch will fulfill any update requests at no charge! After 30 days, resume updates are $25.
I may be interested in pursuing different types of career opportunities. Can this be addressed in my resume?
We can indicate what your objective is and tailor it to your specific career interest, however it is always best to uniquely update your resume focus if the job opportunities are of different career types.
